If you don’t know your companies benefits page URL, please click “Find Login” to the right to log in using your email.
Secure File Transfer
Please follow the link to our secure file transfer service; log in with your name and email, on the next page select who you are transferring files to in the “Choose Recipient” drop down dialogue box, drag and drop your files and upload directly to us. We will be notified once the upload is complete.
